Ange Ou Demon Le Secret continues tradition of Ange Ou Demon fragrances, with Uma Thurman as its advertising face. It was presented as an intoxicating fragrance with white flowers, Italian winter lemon, green tea leaves,jasmine, peony, blond wood and patchouli. Ange Ou Demon isn't as gothic and dark as the bottle seems to suggest. There's this undeniable softness and fragility which adds to this fragrance's allure. The scent is light and 'fluffy', almost airy with subtle hints of spicyness, like pepper or thyme.I have to admit I wasn't impressed with Ange ou Demon Le Secret at first. ''Oh, well, just another soft inoffensive fruity floral - no need for that'' until I was offered a mini and I liked it much. Ange ou Demon by Givenchy is an Oriental Floral that plays upon the idea of angelic innocence juxtaposed against dark mystery. It’s an interesting idea, however, to my nose I can’t seem to distinguish between the angel and the demon! In fact, the whole fragrance seems a bit too much on the innocent side.
